We currently offer shipping to Canada, USA, and UK. If you reside outside of these regions and wish to place an order, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping fees are calculated based on standard rates for each destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. However, we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner.

Free Local Delivery:
For our valued customers in the Ottawa region, we offer free local delivery for orders totaling $50 or more. This service allows you to receive your items conveniently and without any additional shipping charges.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from GIVA Baby. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags still attached.
